Q: Register your account with TCS

A: To create a shipment you must first register with TCS.
1. Click on the link register, in the left panel on TCS home page.
2. Choose the type of account you want to create from individual account or business account.
3. Fill in your personal information & press the submit button to complete your registration.

Q: E-mail Preferences

A: 1. Log into your account
2. To change your preferences, select email preferences available under my account section on MY TCS page.

Q: My Profile

A: 1. Log in to your account
2. Click on the link my profile under my account section.
3. You can view and edit your profile as well. To edit your profile click on the link edit profile, on the left bottom corner of the page.
4. You can also change your password by selecting the link reset password given at the left bottom corner of the page.

Q: Book a Shipment

A: 1. Press the Shipping tab on top of the TCS home page.
2. Click on the book a shipment
(Note: If you are not logged in, you will be asked to log-in when you will click on the book a shipment. You can proceed only if you have registered your account with TCS. Otherwise, you will have to register first).
3. Clicking on book a shipment link, will take you to create a shipment page.
4. Fill in your shipment details and press next button at the right bottom of the page.
6. Here you can preview, edit, delete, and save your shipment details. To complete your booking, press the next button, at the bottom of the page.
7. Note down your tracking number to track your order. You have created shipment successfully (You can also print or cancel your transaction by clicking on cancel transaction and print shipping label).

Q: View Shipment History

A: Once you are logged-in,
1. Click on the shipment history tab in the Shipment section, on the right top side of the (MY TCS) page.
2. Now, select the dates & status to filter the previous transactions and press the submit tab.
Note: You can also edit, delete and cancel the transactions from here. Those transactions, which have been processed or delivered, cannot be edited or cancelled. Only those transactions that are saved can be edited, deleted or cancelled.

Q: Schedule a Pickup

A: 1. Select schedule a pickup from the shipping section.
2. Select (saved) address from the address book or add new.
3. Specify pickup date & time & other special details.
4. Press submit tab to complete the pickup request.

Q: Calculate domestic transit time & cost

A: 1. Select shipping tab, on the top of the home page.
2. Now, select calculate domestic transit time & cost to calculate time & cost.

Q: Calculate international transit time & cost

A: 1. Select shipping tab, on the top of the home page.
2. Now, select calculate international transit time & cost and calculate time & cost.

Q: View Address Book

A: 1. Login to your account
2. Select view address book under the address book section. You can view and add new addresses here.

Q: Add Shipper Address

A: 1. Login to your account
2. Select add shipper address under the address book section.
3. Fill in the shippers details and press the submit button at the bottom of the page.

Q: Add Consignee Address

A: 1. Login to your account
2. Select add consignee address under the address book section. 3. Fill in the consignees details and press the submit button at the bottom of the page.

Q: Find location

A: 1. Select shipping tab, on top of the TCS home page
2. Select TCS express center from find locations section.

A: 1. Login to your account
2. Select weight converter under the tools section.

2. Select view invoices under the corporate features section to view invoices.

Q: Request Supplies

A: 1. Log into your account
2. Select request supplies under the corporate features section to request additional supplies such as envelopes, masking tape, stickers or labels etc.
